I take this to help with my histamine intolerance. I’m highly reactive to most medications and supplements and don’t tolerate the usual medications for histamine intolerance, but I do tolerate this. And it does help. Being organic and containing only the necessary product are obviously factors. So I can recommend it. It’s a good product.
