Schisandra (Chinese Magnolia Vine) is a genus of flowering shrub native to Asia and North America. It has long been valued for its therapeutic qualities and is one of the major tonics in China, along with Ginseng, Goji and Reishi.
It is a valuable antioxidant and adaptogen, reducing cortisol and regulating and balancing the body during stress, while also creating resilience to future stress.
Schisandra is effective at alleviating many symptoms of Menopause, including hot flushes, sweating and heart palpitations. It has also been found to have potential benefits for sufferers of Alzheimers and Parkinson’s Disease, and to have protective qualities for the liver.

Usually don’t leave reviews but this product deserves it. Been taking two with my breakfast since monday, I’ve had full nights sleep each night since, for me it’s a miracle. I have had insomnia for years and always wake sweating between 2-5am every night no fail. My sweats have almost gone and getting a solid sleep has certainly improved my daily energy levels. I have tried so many things for sleep and nothing has helped, I didn’t actually buy this product for that reason but it has done me the world of good. I am more focused too with brain fog lifted. I do hope it carries on benefitting me with continued use. I may try in the evening as others have suggested to see if that aids even more sleep, I’ve so much to catch up on 😃
