Shatavari (Asparagus Racemosus), also known as Wild Asparagus, is a species of asparagus native to various high altitude areas of Central Asia.  It is a traditional Ayurvedic plant.

In India, Shatavari is known as a rasavana, a rejuvenating herb, and is believed to have anti ageing properties. Traditionally used to promote fertility and vitality in women, it is also a valuable support during the menopause transition.  Shatavari can help to regulate the menstrual cycle, reduce PMS and period pains and potentially also help with symptoms of PCOS.

Our Shatavari is certified Organic and approved by the Soil Association of Great Britain.
