The word Triphala means ‘three fruits’ in Sanskrit and is a synergistic blend of 3 fruits native to India:

Amla (Phyllanthus emblica)

Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica)

Haritaki (Terminalia chebula)

It is one of the most important formulas in Ayurveda and has been used for thousands of years to purify and cleanse and as a digestive tonic. It is believed to promote longevity and overall health and is particularly useful for gut and dental health.  Triphala is also a source of Vitamin C and Omega 3 fatty acids.
