I have been taking this for peri-menopausal joint pain and I now wouldn’t be without it! I am now on my second bottle, having been taking this for a while now, and I have really noticed the difference. I also take Simply Pure Ashwagandha and together they have improved my quality of life – I am sleeping so much better, whereas before I was waking several times in the night in pain. I cannot recommend these supplements enough!
