Rosehips are the fruit of the Wild Rose, or Dog Rose (Rosa Canina) – indigenous to Europe, West Asia and Africa, and have a long history of use worldwide.

Rosehips are exceptionally high in Vitamin C and have potent antioxidant benefits. They are protective for skin and have anti-ageing properties.  Rosehip seeds are high in polyunsaturated fats, which support a healthy skin membrane and protect your skin from inflammatory compounds, such as ultraviolet (UV) rays, cigarette smoke and pollution.

Rosehip has been well studied for its effects on osteoarthritis, reducing pain and stiffness due to its anti-inflammatory effects.  It may also boost heart health by lowering cholesterol and blood pressure.  Rosehip is also believed to increase fat metabolism, leading to weight loss, and may help with blood sugar management.
