I haven’t lost any weight as yet and nearly been on them for a month but have been informed can notice this from 3 months of use but my problem is i suffer with high blood pressure always had, i had it checked 4 weeks ago and was high. I did some research and came across these and never heard of them before i had to go back for a check up after 3 days of taking them it came down a little bit then i was told i had to wear a blood pressure monitor for 24 hours, by this point i had been on these for 3 weeks and when i got the results back from that for the first time in years my blood pressure was at a normal level no need for more appointments and better still no medication. I was so shocked but all i can put it down to is taking these. Very happy with the product and will always take these. just hope i start to lose some weight too

I have never tried any supplements whilst trying to lose weight. I started taking these while calorie counting and they defo helped it come off much quicker than when I wasn’t taking them. But had about 2 weeks without taking them or calorie counting there due to stuff going on. Started taking these and calorie counting last Monday and I’ve 4lbs off already today (Sunday) will be buying more when I run out.
