Well known as a potent anti ageing supplement, He-Shou-Wu, also known as Fo-Ti, is indigenous to Central/Southern China and has been used for thousands of years to promote good health and virility.
Literally translated as “black haired Mr He”, He Shou Wu is named for its most well-known use – to prevent and treat premature greying hair and hair loss. This effect is thought to come from improving the health and function of the kidneys and liver. He Shou Wu may also balance blood pressure and reduce triglyceride and cholesterol levels.

Our He Shou Wu roots are prepared in the traditional way, which is to boil with black bean (heidou) juice for several hours and then dry.

I am taking this product along with monolaurin, I’m not sure which is having the greater effect or wether it’s the combination, but I feel incredible! I have advanced Lyme disease, main symptoms being chronic fatigue and brain fog….within a month on two products I feel the first major difference I have felt in over 10 years!
