Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis), also known as Chinese Magnolia Vine, is a genus of flowering shrub that has long been valued for its therapeutic qualities and is one of the major tonics in China, along with Ginseng, Goji and Reishi.
A natural stress buster, Schisandra is a valuable antioxidant and adaptogen. It reduces cortisol and regulates and balances the body during stress, whilst also creating resilience to future stress. It is strongly energy enhancing and is believed to increase physical stamina. Schisandra has been well documented for its use in protecting the liver and improving its function, and is also used to support the immune system.
Schisandra is effective at alleviating many symptoms of Menopause, including hot flushes, sweating and heart palpitations. It is known to increase cognitive function and is widely used to improve mental performance. Schisandra has also been found to have potential benefits for sufferers of Alzheimers and Parkinson’s Disease.
SUGGESTED USE:
Take 2 – 4 capsules per day with meals according to individual needs.
Do not exceed stated dose.

Have only taken the tablets on and off for a few days but have noticed an increase in energy and brain fog has felt like it’s cleared a bit. The energy is nice, not nervous energy like from coffee but very grounded and calm. Just what I wanted!

Usually don’t leave reviews but this product deserves it. Been taking two with my breakfast since monday, I’ve had full nights sleep each night since, for me it’s a miracle. I have had insomnia for years and always wake sweating between 2-5am every night no fail. My sweats have almost gone and getting a solid sleep has certainly improved my daily energy levels. I have tried so many things for sleep and nothing has helped, I didn’t actually buy this product for that reason but it has done me the world of good. I am more focused too with brain fog lifted. I do hope it carries on benefitting me with continued use. I may try in the evening as others have suggested to see if that aids even more sleep, I’ve so much to catch up on ?
