I really like being able to take Apple Cider Vinegar in capsules as I always found it too strong in liquid form and I was worried about the damage to my tooth enamel. These ones have definitely helped with bloating and digestion in general, and I find that one capsule a day works wonders. I’m sure that I have been feeling a lot less hungry since taking these, and have already lost a few pounds. I like to have some apple cider vinegar every day, to help with bloating and prevent blood sugar spikes. I also like to think that it is beneficial for my gut microbiome.
